CALIBRE accepts payments for online purchases via Visa card, Mastercard, AMEX, Afterpay and Paypal.
Standard Shipping is available on all orders Australia wide free of charge.
Express Shipping is available Australia wide for a flat rate of $15.
Shipping to New Zealand is available for a flat rate of $20.
Shipping to other international countries is available for a flat rate of $35.

Ensure that you have reviewed the estimated shipping times for your area and received a dispatch confirmation email from CALIBRE. You may track your parcel via the AusPost tracking system on their website. All you will need is the consignment number which can be found on your dispatch confirmation email.

Once you have submitted your order - our picking and packing process begins to make sure that we can get your order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to allow any further changes to already submitted orders.
Returns & Exchanges
You can create a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and not washed, worn, or altered. Online purchases can be returned to our CALIBRE boutique stores (not including David Jones concessions).
Processing Online Returns:
You would have received a sale receipt or invoice with your online purchase. To process a return, locate your reference number that starts with CAU or CWB and follow the prompts here.
It is important to us at CALIBRE that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product purchased online please refer to our returns section for information.
Orders
All orders are transacted in Australian dollars. You can browse pricing online in your relevant currency.
GST of 10% is included in the retail price shown for all Australian domestic orders.
International Orders:
As detailed in our shipping policy. Our prices do not include any of your local duties/fees applicable to the importation of garments into your country.
Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at CALIBRE. We want you to be able to order from calibre.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information passed from you to calibre.com.au. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
You may check out as a guest or establish a CALIBRE customer account. You can easily set this up when you place your first order.
